Its spacious 73-litre oven offers 14 operating functions, including AirFry, ECO cooking, fan-assisted heat and conventional top and bottom heat. An electronic Intelligent System, retractable metal controls and a clear LED display make everyday operation straightforward, while the included pizza stone and motorised rotisserie provide even more ways to cook. XXL Multi 14 multifunction cooking

With 14 operating functions, the EH 6401 provides flexible options for baking, roasting, grilling and gentle everyday cooking. Conventional top and bottom heat is complemented by a powerful hot-air system that circulates heat throughout the oven cavity for consistent cooking across multiple levels.

Its generous 73-litre usable capacity provides ample room for family meals, larger dishes and batch baking.

Intelligent System controls

Kaiser’s electronic Intelligent System gives you convenient control over the oven’s operating mode, temperature and cooking time. Settings can be quickly selected and adjusted to suit each recipe, with precise electronic regulation helping to produce dependable results.

The electronic timer includes short-term timer settings, programmable start times and automatic cooking controls.

LED display and push-pull controls

The clear LED display presents essential cooking information, including the selected function, temperature and programmed cooking times.

Retractable push-pull metal controls complement the oven’s clean, contemporary appearance. The knobs can be pushed neatly into the control panel when not in use, while their solid metal construction provides a precise and reassuring feel.

AirFry function

The dedicated AirFry mode circulates heated air around the food to create a crisp exterior while retaining moisture inside. It is ideal for preparing foods such as chips, chicken wings, vegetables and breaded snacks using little or no added oil.

Food should be placed in a suitable perforated AirFry tray or mesh basket so the hot air can circulate evenly around it.

ECO mode

The energy-saving ECO function optimises the heating process for efficient everyday cooking. It is particularly useful when preparing a single dish without requiring the oven’s full heating output.

Pizza stone

The included pizza stone absorbs and distributes heat evenly before transferring it directly into the dough. This helps produce a crisp base while keeping the toppings moist, recreating results similar to those achieved in a traditional stone oven.

It can also be used for preparing flatbreads, bread and other baked dishes.

Motorised rotisserie

The motorised rotisserie continuously turns food during cooking, helping heat reach every side evenly. This produces a crisp, well-browned exterior while retaining moisture inside, making it ideal for poultry, roasting joints and other grilled dishes.

Catalytic and steam cleaning

Catalytic liners help absorb and break down grease deposits while the oven is operating at higher temperatures. A separate steam-cleaning function helps soften food residue, making the interior easier to wipe down after cooking.

The oven cavity is finished in smooth, hypoallergenic easy-clean enamel to further reduce the adhesion of grease and food deposits.

Flexible telescopic runners

Two levels of telescopic runners allow trays and shelves to slide out smoothly and securely. The runners can be fitted at different shelf positions, giving you greater flexibility when preparing dishes of varying sizes.

Triple-glazed removable door

The oven door incorporates triple glazing and thermo-reflective glass to help retain heat inside the cooking compartment. A tangential cooling system directs cool air around the front of the appliance, helping protect the controls and surrounding kitchen furniture.

The oven door and inner glass panel can be removed to make thorough cleaning easier. Its full-glass inner surface also includes a useful recipe chart.
